Learning and Development Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Learning and Development Manager to drive our talent development initiatives and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) efforts.

*Maternity leave replacement for 9 - with an option of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement impactful talent development programs
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning activities
• Manage training budgets and track program effectiveness
• Drive DEI initiatives and collaborate with global teams

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in talent development and training
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and LMS
• A passion for driving positive change
• Strong English profficiency
