Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at Luns. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing data, driving customer retention, building relationships, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or account management in the AdTech industry - a must
• Knowledge of mobile app industry trends is a plus
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Analytical Skills for data analysis
• Customer Retention and Relationship Building capabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
