Development Team Lead

cob is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development of our career navigation and development platform. If you have 5+ years of hands-on experience managing teams and projects in React, Java, and WordPress for both client and server sides, a strong work ethic and great sense of humor - let’s speak!

What You'll Do:

-Lead the dev team in building and optimizing applications using React, Java, and WordPress.

-Determine our tech stack and product development processes

-Build quality assurance and data protection processes

-Collaborate with others to deliver seamless, scalable solutions.

-Use stakeholders feedback to inform adjustments and improvements to the platform

-Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency

-Develop the tech aspects of the company’s strategy to align to our mission and business goals

Requirements:

-5+ years of hands on experience with React, Java, and WordPress (both client and server side)

-Experience successfully leading projects and managing dev teams

-Strong full-stack development abilities

and a team-first attitude.

-Great organizational and time management skills, self-driven and goal-oriented
