Call Center Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Call Center Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of customer service and sales representatives, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage and lead a team of customer service and sales representatives.
• Drive team performance and ensure achievement of service and sales targets.
• Oversee daily operations, including call queue management, coaching, and providing support to representatives.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new representatives.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve individual and team performance.
• Analyze team performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
• Strong sales background and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, set goals, measure performance, and implement improvements.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with omnichannel systems.
• Ability to work full-time with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Experience working with digital systems and multiple media channels simultaneously.
• Strong initiative, creativity, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
