Role Overview

As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying and qualifying opportunities for our solution consultants. You'll play a crucial role in our company's growth by building our sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound campaigns through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate meetings with decision-makers
• Qualify and nurture inbound leads from marketing activities
• Research prospects to understand their business challenges and craft personalized outreach
• Maintain detailed records of all prospecting activities in our CRM
• Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings between prospects and solution consultants
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to exceed targets
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot) preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
