We're seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of our core analytical products. In this role, you'll drive critical initiatives like attribution and user journey analysis, working cross-functionally to gather requirements, manage timelines, and ensure our data practices align with evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Leadership: Oversee our entire data infrastructure, analytics, and reporting ecosystem.
• Advanced Analytics: Leverage advanced analytics to answer critical business questions and deliver actionable insights.
• Strategic Impact: Lead cross-functional projects to standardize data, increase its utilization, and promote data-driven decision-making.
• Data Visualization: Design and maintain user-friendly dashboards, reports, and presentations to support strategic and operational needs.
• Effective Communication: Clearly communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.



Qualifications:

• Advanced Analytics: Expertise in interpreting complex datasets, identifying patterns, and translating business questions into effective analytical solutions.
• Data Experience: 2+ years of data analyst experience, with a strong focus on complex data modeling (attribution, LTV, user journey).
• Marketing Analytics: 2+ years of experience in marketing/growth analytics, deep understanding of SKAN.
• Strategic Thinker: Proactive approach to solving complex business challenges.
• Proven Ownership: Ability to independently drive projects from start to finish.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong SQL skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, Tableau, Amplitude, MongoDB, BigQuery and more.
• Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
