Frontend Lead

About Us:

MCE is a privately owned profitable B2B tech company in the telecom industry with gigantic paying customers while we are ~100 people. We are located in the heart of Tel Aviv, just next to the red line.

Our customers include the world’s largest mobile operators, retail chains, and logistics facilities. We are facing big challenges, but it’s a fun ride.

We are looking for a react and typescript expert to join us and lead our FE developers

Our product:

MCE builds a platform for managing mobile device lifecycle. Our platform includes a self developed hybrid app architecture, spanning iOS, Android, PC, web and cloud services. Our application code - logic, UI, web services - is almost entirely TypeScript and React.

We have a single, unified codebase that via configuration adapts its appearance and behavior for each customer.

Who are we looking for

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Support test and deployment of new products and features
• Participate in code reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• 6+ years of Full stack programing experience in React + Typescript
• Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Experience with Android and iOS WebView - An advantage
