Software Engineering Team Lead

A Legal-Tech startup that developed an AI and NLP-based platform to scan online information sources for violations and legal infractions committed by large corporations against individuals. Once a violation is identified, the platform builds a case for a class action lawsuit, which is then sold to major U.S. law firms specializing in privacy, consumer protection, finance, environmental law, and more.

The company has raised $70M from leading venture capital funds, is stable and profitable, and is considered a pioneer in the Legal-Tech field, with a vision centered on a justice system that prioritizes individuals.

Located in Tel Aviv near a train line, they operate a hybrid model with two work-from-home days. The team consists of around 130 employees globally, with 105 in Israel.

Role Overview: Managing a team of 3-4 developers, reporting to the VP. The role includes 40% hands-on work, with full-stack development split equally: 50% on the Client-side with ReactJS and 50% on the Server-side with NodeJS, leading end-to-end feature development. The role involves strategic planning and roadmap development in an AWS environment.

Tech Stack: Postgres, MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes, Microservices, ReactJS, TypeScript.

Requirements:

• 3 years of managerial experience
• 5 years of full-stack development experience (total of at least 8 years)
