What will you actually be doing?
As a Customer Success Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the success of our B2B customers, which are online brands using our platform.
You will act as a trusted advisor, establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and goals.
By providing proactive support, guidance, and strategic insights, you will ensure the adoption and maximum utilization of our platform, ultimately fostering long-term customer loyalty and advocacy.

Full-time - Temporary (Maternity Leave replacement)
*There is also potential for the position to extend beyond the initial maternity leave period based on performance and company needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Customer Lifecycle Management: Onboarding, Retention and Expansion.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful setup.
- Conduct business reviews with customers, highlighting the value delivered.
- Provide ongoing training, support, and product updates to clients, helping them utilize features for maximum benefit.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
- Monitor client usage and identify opportunities to increase engagement and satisfaction.
- Collect and communicate client feedback to improve product and service offerings.
- Identify and showcase success stories to new and existing customers.
- Identify and act on account renewals and upsell opportunities, working with the sales team as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, International Relations, Behavioral Sciences, etc.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer success management.
- English: Native/Fluent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a startup environment, demonstrating a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Experience in e-Commerce SaaS is a huge advantage!
