Human Resources Manager

Position Overview: 

Join ROi Labs as a Human Resources Manager & Talent Acquisition and lead the charge in creating a positive and supportive work environment in our Herzliya office. This role is essential for someone experienced in human resources and talent acquisition, looking to make a significant impact in building and maintaining a thriving company culture. You’ll manage employee relations, enhance HR processes, and drive recruitment efforts, acting as a bridge between leadership and our talented teams. 

Responsibilities: 

• Build strong relationships with employees and leadership to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture. 
• Oversee all HR policies and ensure compliance while maintaining a fair and inclusive environment. 
• Guide managers in performance reviews and employee development, providing tools and support for meaningful feedback. 
• Lead recruitment efforts from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless, candidate-focused experience. 
• Promote ROi Labs’ employer brand through digital channels and partnerships, attracting top talent. 
• Ensure new hires feel welcomed and informed, managing a smooth and comprehensive onboarding experience. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in HR and talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. 
• In-depth knowledge of Israeli labor laws, HR policies, and best practices. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse teams. 
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, with excellent communication and organizational skills. 
• Results-oriented, able to balance strategic HR goals with hands-on responsibilities.
