Software Engineering Team Lead

A unicorn startup developing a platform that provides a Zero Knowledge Proof-based solution for the blockchain sector. The company offers two products, B2B and B2D, which support a development environment for application developers on Ethereum. Thriving with a six-year runway, the company is valued at $8 billion.

Located in the Sharon area within walking distance of a train station, the company operates on a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week. The team comprises 180 employees.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Group Lead, you will manage a team of five developers, with a strong hands-on focus, particularly in the early stages. Development is split evenly between React and Node.js. The tech stack includes AWS, GCP, Microservices, Linux, and Kubernetes.

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience as a Development Team Lead, managing a team of at least 4 developers.
• 3 years' experience in Full Stack development.
• Proficiency in Frontend frameworks such as Angular 2+, React, or Vue.
• Strong Backend experience in Scala or Java.
• Hands-on experience working in SaaS, web, and startup environments.
