A successful global Start-Up developing advanced high-speed communication chips for large data centers.

Located in Tel Aviv near the train station, the company offers a hybrid work model and has around 70 employees.

Role Overview-

Engaging in RTL Design and Micro-architecture for sophisticated and innovative communication systems, focusing on end-to-end development from scratch. The role involves addressing architectural challenges and implementing practical solutions.

Requirements-

• 7 years of hands-on experience in coding with C/C++.
• 3 years of experience in managing teams and engineers.
• BSc in Computer Science or an equivalent degree.
• Server-Side Development - Prior experience in server-side development.
• Problem-Solving Skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently to overcome technical challenges.
• Self-Motivated - Highly motivated with a strong inclination for self-learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Code Understanding - Proficiency in reading and comprehending large existing codebases.
• Desire for Growth - A commitment to learning and gaining experience in new domains and technologies
