As our first HR team member, you will play an instrumental role in building our core talent team in Israel and abroad. You will work with our leadership team to identify, attract, hire, and retain world-class performers. Requirements:

Overall you will...

• Oversee and manage our candidate screening process, and take part in interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fitÀ
• Build, maintain and grow our vibrant network talent poolÀ
• Leverage our extensive network of partners and investors to locate potential candidatesÀ
• Identify and reach out to potential candidates through various sources.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience with talent sourcing (must)
• A supernatural ability to identify and attract top talent
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels
• A curious, creative, independent, and mission-oriented personality
• Experience with small teams or start-ups is a plus.
