Nexite is a leading startup, revolutionizing retail IoT. We are developing a platform that merges the physical and digital retail spaces. Our innovative platform is based on cutting edge battery-less BLE tags that communicate with a cloud platform through an in-store wireless access network. Using our data and cloud platform, we can provide retailers with previously unattainable insights and analytics and at the same time vastly improve the customer experience.
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager with strong analytical skills to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring successful outcomes using our solutions. You will leverage your background in data analysis to provide insights that improve customer outcomes, identify opportunities for growth, and create a strong partnership with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
- Lead new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth adoption of our products and services.
- Use data analytics to identify key performance indicators, track customer health, and proactively address potential challenges.
- Develop and execute customer success plans, identifying objectives, milestones, and success metrics to achieve desired outcomes.
- Advocate for client needs internally and communicate effectively with product, sales, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct training sessions, product demos, and provide ongoing support to ensure customers are making the most of our solution.
- Troubleshoot issues with clients, coordinating with technical teams as needed, and ensure timely resolution.
- Collect and share customer feedback with product and R&D teams to continuously improve the product offering.
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role, preferably in SaaS, technology, or a similar industry.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from customer data and influence business outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner (English & Hebrew)
- Strong organizational skills and experience in project management, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to learn and understand software products and technical concepts, and communicate these concepts to non-technical customers.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal teams such as sales, product, and engineering.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI tools), and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Monday, etc.).
- Experience in retail, fashion technology, or similar industries, particularly with tech solutions like Nexite that focus on in-store customer experience and engagement.
- Familiarity with APIs, integration processes, or software implementation is beneficial.
- Customer Success, Project Management, or Data Analytics certifications are a plus
