About the Position:
We are seeking a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you’ll help create a pipeline of high-quality leads and set up meetings for our sales executives. As the first point of contact with prospective Elfi-Tech customers, your work will be instrumental in shaping our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and build a robust lead pipeline using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital tools.
- Implement outbound sales strategies such as cold calling, personalized email outreach, and multi-channel engagement to connect with prospects.
- Innovate and execute strategies to increase engagement and create new business opportunities.
- Understand the needs of potential customers to assess whether they align with Elfi-Tech’s products and services.
- Keep accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM system to effectively track progress and results.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including calls made, emails sent, and qualified meetings scheduled.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience (preferably non-tech, but we welcome diverse backgrounds).
- Highly motivated, hardworking, and self-driven.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other social selling tools – an advantage.
- Completion of an SDR/sales course – an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot – an advantage.
