A dynamic cybersecurity company is seeking an experienced CEO to lead the company's strategic direction and growth.
The ideal candidate will drive the company's expansion in the USA, overseeing both the R&D team and sales operations.
The CEO will be responsible for delivering on company goals, managing investor relations, and maintaining the company's vision in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Strategy:
- Define and execute the overall business strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for growth in the USA, expanding market presence and customer base.
2. R&D Management:
- Lead and mentor the Research and Development team to ensure delivery of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate closely with R&D to prioritize projects, manage resources, and drive product development.
- Oversee the execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs.
3. Sales and Market Expansion:
- Drive the development and execution of sales strategies targeting the USA market, with an emphasis on building partnerships and securing key clients.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, setting ambitious targets and ensuring their achievement.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential challenges.
4. Operational Excellence:
- Ensure operational efficiency and financial stability by managing budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
- Cultivate a strong relationship with investors, providing regular updates on progress and ensuring alignment with financial and strategic objectives.
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and diversification, working closely with the leadership team to evaluate risks and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CEO in the cybersecurity or technology sector- A must.
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market and emerging trends.
- Experience in managing and scaling teams across multiple functions, including R&D and sales- A must.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales and business development in the USA- A must.
- Ability to lead with a hands-on approach while maintaining a strategic vision for the company.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
