Responsibilities
• Provide first and second-level technical support to customers and
internal teams.
• Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring follow-up,
resolution, and verification of customer satisfaction.
• Support customers via online chat, our internal support system, and in
meetings.
• Continuously improve existing technical support processes and
contribute to enhancing the impact of third-level support across the
organization.
• Maintain and update our internal knowledge base, which contains
informative articles about our product and best practices.
Required Qualifications
• At least two years of experience in B2B customer support as a first or
second-level support specialist, preferably from SaaS companies serving
multiple customers.
• Knowledge of medical devices, ERP regulations, CRM, PLM, EPDM, eQMS,
ALM, MES, and compliance is a significant advantage.
• Experience supporting global customers in Europe and the U.S.
• A customer-centric mindset – you should genuinely enjoy working with
people and helping them solve their challenges.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal –
mandatory.
• Experience with customer service tools such as Intercom, Zendesk, etc.
• Experience with product integration and troubleshooting APIs and
product connectors is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive
outlook.
• Proficiency in handling complex administrative configurations such as
access control, electronic forms, workflows, etc.
