Our latest development, the Babysense Smart Nursery Monitoring solution, is a modular ecosystem that allows you to track breathing movements and sleep patterns, capture priceless moments, and foster healthy sleep habits for the entire family.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Group Controller to oversee the accounting and financial operations of Babysense. This hands-on role will report directly to the Group CEO in Israel (IL).

The ideal candidate will partner across the organization to solidify processes, establish a strong internal control environment, and continuously improve the accuracy and transparency of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Group Controller will take ownership of all financial activities, including:
• Financial Reporting (Annual and Quarterly consolidated statements)
• Management Reporting (monthly financial statements, presentations)
• FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis, monthly Budget vs. Actual analysis)
• Cost Accounting
• Inventory Management and Controls
• Annual Audit
• Tax Reporting and Planning
• Risk Management
• Credit, Collections, Cash Management, and Forecasting

Requirements:

• CPA with 7+ years of experience
• Big 4 experience is an advantage
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements
• Experience in multinational companies is essential
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain complex topics
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to prioritize multiple tasks and respond effectively to business needs
