Is looking for a CEO
Responsibilities
- Manage the company’s development in order to increase revenue and profit
- Manage strong relation-ships with large clients of the company, Initiate ‘out of the box’ Tailor-made solutions for their specific needs.
- Lead the company’s management and employees to achieve goals (45 employees)
- Establish more efficient infrastructures and methods that meet company’s goals.
- Working on site
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CEO or as a Business Unit Manager/Director in the engineering services/ Defense sector
- BSC in Engineering-Must, Mechanical engineering-preferred
- Vast experience in working with large clients in the Defense market in Israel, high level of Technical sales skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- English-High Level
