Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s development in order to increase revenue and profit
• Manage strong relation-ships with large clients of the company, Initiate ‘out of the box’ Tailor-made solutions for their specific needs.
• Lead the company’s management and employees to achieve goals (45 employees)
• Establish more efficient infrastructures and methods that meet company’s goals.
• Working on site

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CEO or as a Business Unit Manager/Director in the engineering services/ Defense sector
• BSC in Engineering-Must, Mechanical engineering-preferred
• Vast experience in working with large clients in the Defense market in Israel, high level of Technical sales skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• English-High Level
