The Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Growth Marketing Designer with experience in digital advertising, UI/UX design, and brand development. Your unique creative style and data-driven approach will significantly impact DoorLoop's revenue, growth, and creative direction. You will collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders and work with the sales, product, and executive teams.

As DoorLoop’s Growth Marketing Designer, you will:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize, execute, and iterate multimedia advertising campaigns.
• Create innovative designs for acquisition ads, optimizing performance and visual appeal for various advertising platforms.
• Design and develop high-conversion landing pages and microsites that drive engagement and improve conversion rates.
• Deliver high-level, eye-catching, state-of-the-art material.
• Focus on creative performance and continuously A/B test, reviewing live results to optimize our designs.
• Design compelling newsletters that engage and inform our existing customers while attracting new clientele.
• Develop marketing and sales materials for multiple platforms and media.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the product and development teams to ensure alignment of all visual designs between the company’s branding, marketing strategy, product design, and customer experience.
• Ideate and bring creative concepts to life, from initial sketch to final execution.
• Work with the video team to develop engaging video ads and content.
• Provide creative input and suggestions to continually improve design standards and brand identity.
• Monitor design trends, technologies, and industry best practices to keep skills and designs up to date.
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design or creative roles, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment.
• At least 3 years of experience in web design, particularly in designing landing pages. Familiarity with Webflow is a bonus.
• Master in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a bonus.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
• Exceptional creativity and a strong understanding of color, composition, and typography.
• Proven track record of designing across multiple platforms, including digital, print, social media, and video.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage projects under tight deadlines.
• Ability to conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration through creating a pixel-perfect landing page.
• A portfolio showcasing your previous work.
