Data Product Manager

Pipl is the identity trust company. Our solutions allow organizations to provide frictionless customer experiences and approve more transactions with greater confidence and speed. We use multivariate linking to establish deep connections among more than 330 billion trust signals—email, mobile phone and social media data that spans the globe—and then look at the big picture to derive identity trust.

We are looking for a driven Product Manager to join our team, where you’ll collaborate closely with the search engine and data teams to enhance the quality and accuracy of our search results. The ideal candidate will not only have a strong understanding of customer value but will also excel in project management, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of data-driven initiatives. A critical part of this role is the ability to assess and estimate data quality, using these insights to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional projects focused on improving search engine performance, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer needs.
• Evaluate and estimate data quality, working with the data team to ensure search results meet high standards.
• Collaborate with search engine and data teams to continuously enhance search results based on data quality assessments and customer feedback.
• Use statistical findings and data insights to inform product decisions and project prioritization.
• Oversee the execution and tracking of data-driven initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on time.
• Communicate progress and outcomes with internal teams, aligning on goals and key milestones.
• Continuously monitor, refine, and optimize search results to maximize customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a product manager working in data domains
• Experience with data analytics
• SQL Ninja
• Experience with Python
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- English & Hebrew
• Proactive approach, high degree of individual initiative, and personal accountability
• Proven ability to drive and deliver result
• Former familiarity with data science - advantage
