About the Role:

A boutique SaaS B2B company specializing in software development and data-driven services for the diamond industry (Fancy Color Diamonds) is seeking a hands-on CEO with global experience in business development, marketing, and management to lead the company’s growth and expand its international market presence.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Business development and expansion into international markets.
• Establishing strategic partnerships.
• Acquiring new customers, and maintaining, and upgrading existing clients.
• Managing and controlling budget and cash flow.
• Supervising employees and freelancers.
• Maintaining regular communication with clients.

Job Requirements:

• Native-level English proficiency – mandatory!
• Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, and international market expansion.
• Experience building long-term business partnerships.
• Global work experience, with expertise in working with clients and organizations worldwide.
• Marketing and brand leadership, including the ability to deliver professional messages through webinars and presentations.
• Experience in planning and monitoring budgets, with the ability to drive financial growth and optimization.
• Excellent presentation skills, and experience in delivering professional content, conducting webinars, and presenting in English.
• Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree – an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel abroad: availability for non-standard hours as per company and client needs.
