AI Product Manager

What you’ll do:

• Lead the development of innovative AI-driven products that streamline content indexing and creation, while collaborating with machine learning engineers, data scientists, and backend engineers to build and scale solutions that serve internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with cross-functional teams including R&D, product analysts, product designers, business development, account management, and operational teams, to ensure seamless product development, delivery, and deployment.
• Conduct research and lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives to explore emerging technologies in AI, keeping the company at the forefront of innovation in sports-tech.
• Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap, write detailed product requirements, ensuring a clear vision from ideation to execution.
• Optimize product performance through data-driven insights and continuous monitoring of key metrics. Design benchmarks and quality reports together with the data science and analytics teams.
  
  

• 2+ years of hands-on product management experience in AI-oriented platforms.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML product lifecycles, from research and proof of concept to deployment and scaling, with experience in leading cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication skills to work closely with technical teams (ML engineers, backend developers) and non-technical teams (business development, account management) alike.
• Both analytical and strategic mindset, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Experience managing complex product roadmaps and balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Great interpersonal skills, a true team player with a “can-do” approach, great communication skills, and working in a super challenging and dynamic startup environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
