Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Netanya. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, employee relations, labor and employment law compliance, performance management, and other HR-related tasks.
Qualifications
- HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) expertise
- Employee Relations management skills
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
- Performance Management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in talent acquisition and retention strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
