Responsibilities
As our Junior User Acquisition Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving Play Perfect’s growth and success by:
- Leading UA Campaigns: Plan, launch, optimize, and analyze user acquisition campaigns to drive growth and meet KPIs.
- Creative Collaboration: Partner with our creative team to develop eye-catching ad creatives and engaging marketing assets that convert.
- Building Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with top acquisition partners to ensure the best performance across games, channels, and geos.
- Data-Driven Strategies: Analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Market Research: Stay ahead of mobile game trends and UA innovations to help guide our creative and product strategies.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Contribute to building strong relationships with UA partners and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of performance marketing experience, specifically running UA and/or retargeting campaigns with a focus on ROAS and active user base growth.
- A proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing UA campaigns (mobile gaming experience is a plus!).
- Experience developing creative testing processes that deliver high-impact results.
- Passion for Games: You live and breathe mobile games and have a knack for creative problem-solving.
- Strong data analysis skills, familiarity with tools like Looker or Tableau, and a deep understanding of mobile gaming trends.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written.
