Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of Angular developers

- Drive technical innovation and process improvements in our software platforms

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align development efforts with business goals and regulations

- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery of critical financial applications

- Contribute to architectural decisions and code quality standards, ensuring security and compliance

Requirements:

- Extensive experience with Angular and front-end technologies

- Proven track record of team leadership in software development, preferably in the financial sector

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive organizational change

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with Agile methodologies
