Software Engineering Team Lead

A startup focused on developing cutting-edge technologies for the Algo-trading field is building a complete ecosystem, which includes real-time trading infrastructures, algorithms that make thousands of decisions per second, risk management layers, and a management system that controls and oversees all company systems and real-time infrastructures.

This is achieved using new technologies and flexible technical and managerial approaches, allowing real-time adaptation to the ever-changing financial world.

The company has around 50 employees, is located in Tel Aviv near a train station, and offers a hybrid work model (two days from home).

Role Description-

Leading a team of 4 engineers, with a 50% hands-on (HO) component. The position involves Backend development in the most advanced version of C++ on Linux, focusing on low-latency and high-performance systems. Engineers in the company are expected to lead complex projects both technically and through deep domain knowledge, directly impacting the company’s success.

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience in a leadership role (Team Lead) – mandatory
• Proficiency in C++ on Linux – mandatory
• Relevant technical degree from a prestigious university or recognized technological unit – mandatory
