About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will generate new business by qualifying inbound leads, prospecting outbound leads, and scheduling meetings with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research target accounts and identify decision-makers
- Prospect for new leads via cold calling, email outreach, and social media
- Qualify inbound leads for our services
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with potential clients
- Track activities and report results using sales software
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns
- Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities
- Participate in ongoing training to improve skills
Ideal Candidate:
- Professional, communicative, and adaptable
- Strong desire to learn and grow in sales
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
- Ambitious and driven to start a career in sales
- Strong team player with great interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of sales or business development experience
- Native-level English (written and verbal) – Must
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet targets
- Experience in cloud computing or tech sales – a plus
