Knowledge & Learning Team Leader

Elmo servo drives technology (A Bosch Company) enables the world’s most advanced robotics, medical devices, semiconductors, and industrial automation equipment.

Elmo is looking for an excellent and motivated Knowledge & Learning Team Leader to join our team!

• Lead the team in identifying training and learning needs related to the company’s products.
• Create and deliver hands-on training and learning programs.
• Develop training programs based on business needs and implement them effectively.
• Conduct ongoing professional training, either through the training team or directly.
• Develop video content, presentations, webinars, seminars, and more.
• Manage documentation systems and knowledge retention, including the Learning Management System (LMS).
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (preferred experience and education in Electronics / Electrical Engineering)
• Familiarity with ERP systems, SF LMS, and SharePoint.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing technology training programs.
• Experience in team management and training tasks is an advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in Motion Control- a significant advantage
• Native proficiency in Hebrew.
• English- high level
• Familiarity with ERP systems, SF LMS, and SharePoint.
• Structured and organized work ability.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn independently.
• Hands-on approach.
