Job Title: Marketing and Brand Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Designer with strong design expertise to support the production of high-quality marketing materials across digital, print, and video platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of brand design principles, ability to create compelling visual assets, and the skills to maintain a cohesive brand identity across all marketing touchpoints.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing design, or brand design in a fast-paced environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing and brand design work, including any motion assets if available- MUST
Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
Strong branding expertise, with the ability to create and evolve brand identities across digital and print platforms.
Excellent layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills to craft engaging and effective designs.
Some experience with motion design tools (After Effects) to create basic animations and motion assets when needed.
Ability to balance creative innovation with brand consistency while working within established guidelines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent written and spoken English skills to collaborate effectively with global teams and ensure clarity in visual communication.

Responsibilities:

Design and produce marketing assets, including social media graphics, digital ads, email templates, presentations, and print materials that align with brand guidelines.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, maintaining a strong and recognizable brand presence.
Support the creation of motion graphics and animations for digital and social media campaigns as needed.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate objectives into effective and elegant visual communications.
Manage multiple design projects while balancing quality, creativity, and deadlines.
