About This Role

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and strategic Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital and social media strategy that aligns with our brand’s overall objectives. You will lead the creation of engaging content, manage our social media platforms, and leverage key trends to ensure we are responsive to real-time opportunities.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who not only thinks strategically but can also manage the day-to-day operations of our social media channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, deeply immersed in social media trends, data-driven, and has strong analytical skills to measure and optimize performance. Additionally, this person will work closely with external digital agencies, managing their work and ensuring alignment with internal goals and campaigns.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Develop and implement a yearly digital and social media strategy aligned with broader marketing objectives.
• Utilize the unique advantages of each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with internal global digital and social departments to align strategies, share best practices, and ensure cohesive brand messaging across all regions.
• Track performance metrics and optimize strategies to achieve KPIs (e.g., follower growth, engagement rates, traffic).
• Own and manage the daily operations of all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), including content posting, community management, and audience interaction.
• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including identifying the right influencers, negotiating terms, setting KPIs, monitoring execution, and analyzing performance.
• Stay on top of current events, industry trends, and viral social media content to create timely, engaging real-time marketing (RTM) campaigns.
• Respond quickly to trending topics or events with relevant, creative posts that drive engagement.
• Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with the paid media team to ensure cohesive digital marketing campaigns across both organic and paid channels.
• Continuously optimize social media campaigns by analyzing performance data and implementing changes where necessary.
• Monitor and analyze key social media metrics (engagement rates, reach, sentiment, etc.) to measure performance and report on results.
• Utilize insights to drive continuous improvement in social media content and strategy.
  
  

What will you bring to the table?

• 3-5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the food, FMCG, or e-commerce sectors.
• Proven track record of managing and growing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for a brand or company.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their strengths, and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools and paid social media campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting skills (in Hebrew) with an eye for detail.
• Ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Understanding of performance marketing channels such as SEA, DM, PD, with the ability to plan, analyze results, and use data to optimize performance.
• High level of English is essential for effective communication with global teams.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social and digital platforms.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• A strong portfolio showcasing successful digital or social media campaigns.
• Experience with influencer marketing or collaborations.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights).
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) - an advantage!
