We’re on the lookout for an energetic and people-focused Customer Success Manager to join our team and help our clients succeed! 🚀 This is a customer-facing role where you will manage the entire client journey, from onboarding to renewal 🛠️, ensuring they’re getting the best out of Woo.

✨ What You'll Do:

- 🤝 Lead client onboarding and set them up for success.

- 💪 Hit targets for annual renewals, upsells, and cross-selling

- 📊 Provide top-notch support and strategic guidance to help clients grow

- 🌟 Build lasting relationships as the go-to person for all client needs.

🔍 What We're Looking For:

- 🔧 Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.

- 🏆 Proven success in renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.

- 🏢 Work in the office 2-3 days a week; Monday to Friday.
