Responsibilities

• 3-4 years of experience as an OD expert in a consulting or a global tech company.
• M.A in Organizational Psychology/Sociology/ Consulting.
• Mastery of OD theory, applications, and group processes.
• Ability to analyze, conduct needs assessments; identify effective and sustainable OD solutions that drive change.
• Team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work with many stakeholders in a high pace environment.
• Lifelong learner, curious, who is up to date with the best practices.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
