This is a full-time on-site role for a Help Desk Specialist at HostandFound in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Help Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and delivering exceptional customer support to clients on a daily basis.

• Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
• Troubleshooting desktop computers
• Customer Support experience
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Experience with server hosting and cloud services is a plus
• Relevant certifications in IT or related field
