Job Summary:
As a Talent Sourcer at Fireberry, you will play a critical role in identifying and engaging top talent to support our company’s growth. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for building a pipeline of qualified candidates using creative sourcing techniques and ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience. This position requires creativity, data-driven decision-making, and strong collaboration with hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with business goals.
Innovative Sourcing:
- Develop and implement creative and unconventional sourcing strategies to attract top talent using platforms such as social media, niche communities, events, campaigns, and other channels.
- Explore and leverage new sourcing channels to stay ahead of industry trends and connect with untapped talent pools.
Talent Mapping:
- Build and maintain a network of high-potential candidates, aligning the talent pipeline with Fireberry’s current and future growth needs.
- Regularly update the talent pipeline with quality candidates ready for current or future opportunities.
Candidate Engagement:
- Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and communication, building long-term relationships, and promoting Fireberry’s unique value propositions.
- Maintain professional relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Work closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to understand each department's specific talent needs and identify candidates who meet or exceed expectations.
- Ensure sourcing strategies align with Fireberry's business goals and talent acquisition objectives.
Market Research & Talent Trends:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and emerging talent markets to ensure our talent acquisition strategy remains competitive.
- Provide market insights to hiring teams to aid decision-making and improve recruitment effectiveness.
Data-Driven Approach:
- Use data and recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and continually improve the talent acquisition process.
- Provide reports and insights to hiring teams to optimize sourcing strategies and improve the quality of hires.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in direct sourcing, with expertise in headhunting, networking, employee referrals, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Strong ability to screen candidates and effectively communicate the unique value of opportunities at Fireberry to passive talent.
- A data-driven mindset with experience in tracking, reporting, and optimizing sourcing metrics.
- Creative and innovative approach to sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, able to handle multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with hiring managers and other team members.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
