Human Resources Director

Our Aviation Division is seeking a highly qualified Human Resources Director to lead the Aircraft unit.

What will you do:

• Managing the human resources system for the business line.
• Formulating the HR strategy in alignment with the company's overall strategy.
• Building and implementing cross-organizational HR processes, such as employee evaluation and feedback, and employee retention.
• Developing an annual work plan and leading its implementation.
• Supporting employees throughout their organizational life cycle (from onboarding to end of employment).
• Identifying the needs of the organizational unit and leading solutions to meet business goals.
• Providing ongoing consultation to managers and partnership in planning.
• Supporting organizational changes.
• Collaborating with numerous and complex interfaces, including senior management and the workers' committee.

What we're looking for:

Mandatory requirements -

1. Israeli citizenship.
2. Academic education in Social Sciences / Behavioral Sciences / Organizational Consulting / Sociology / Psychology / Social Sciences.
3. At least 3 years of managerial experience as a head of human resources in an organization with 300+ employees.
4. Managerial experience with human capital development and retention / recruitment and mobility / retirement / employee relations / organizational development / employee evaluation / building a training plan and budget for a human resources unit.
5. Experience working with senior management.
6. Experience in developing work plans, managing their implementation, and achieving business goals.
7. High proficiency in written and spoken Hebrew.
8. Great proficiency in English.
