Talent Sourcing Partner (part-time)

We're seeking a talented and driven Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic team. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying top-tier talents through various recruitment sources (focusing on LinkedIn). Your ability to attract and engage skilled professionals will be instrumental in our continued success.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques to identify and attract qualified candidates for open positions.

Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' suitability based on job requirements and company culture.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Data Analysis: Track and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

+5 years proven experience in talent sourcing on LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.

Strong understanding of global recruiting methodologies and best practices.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
