Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel in Dead sea, Israel. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

HR Management, Recruitment, and Employee Relations skills.

Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.

Experience in conducting interviews and performance evaluations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI) is a plus.
