This is an exciting opportunity to become the 4th employee and play a crucial role in a growing team.
Role Description
As the deal initiator at Freezr, you'll be the first point of contact, setting the stage for meaningful business relationships for our clients. Here’s what it means to take on this role:
- Research & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients in industries like Cybersecurity, IT, and FinTech through strategic outreach and networking.
- Cold Outreach: Make targeted phone calls and send emails to initiate conversations with decision-makers, pitching solutions that fit their needs.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads to determine their fit for the business, ensuring the best opportunities move forward.
- Collaboration with Founders & Sales Teams: Work closely with senior sales executives, passing on qualified leads and supporting the full sales cycle.
- Achieving Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including the number of calls made, emails sent, and meetings booked.

- Fluent or Native English level.
- Willingness to work US hours if needed.
