Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in technical integration, system administration, or post-sale activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- experience with Active Directory, VMware, working with firewalls, and additional network security tools
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Advantageous: Experience in the cyber security industry.
- Advantageous: Familiarity with CyberArk, ForcePoint, or MFT products.
*Providing technical support for cybersecurity products at a Tier 3 level is an advantage
