Data Analyst

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Data Analyst to join our data team, serving as the sole data analyst in the organization.

In this role, you will collaborate with all business units (Product, CS, Marketing, Finance, etc.), providing critical insights and recommendations to drive business performance.

Responsibilities

• Proactively plan and conduct a wide range of complex analyses on large datasets, impacting all business units.
• Own the data analytics function and establish yourself as the data expert in the organization.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the company, providing data-driven recommendations. Translate research data into actionable strategic insights through strong storytelling, statistical knowledge, data visualization, and presentation skills.
• Define, develop, and analyze interactive views for various business units using data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma), delivering insights to support Nimble’s growth.
  
  

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a related field.
• Advanced experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Sigma is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into simple, impactful business insights.
• Self-learner with a proactive approach, capable of owning multiple data processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• BA/B.Sc. in industrial/information systems engineering, computer science, statistics, Economics or equivalent field.
  
  

• Experience working at a B2B or SaaS company.
• Experience with statistical analysis.
