Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic, service-oriented Customer Manager who loves people. This role is critical for maintaining and strengthening our customer relationships. As a Customer Manager at Manta Air, you will be responsible for reaching out to new and potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to our services and products. For existing customers, you will be their primary point of contact, ensuring that their requirements are met and their projects progress smoothly.

Main Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition: Manage relationships with new and potential customers to understand their needs and present our products and services.
• Customer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as their main contact within the company.
• Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that customer projects progress as planned and address any issues that may arise.
• Communication: Manage daily communication through email, online meetings, and other channels.
• Representation: Represent customer needs within the company and ensure their expectations are met.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or front-line service.
• Familiarity with the unmanned aerial vehicle industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
• High-level English proficiency is a must.
