Join our industry-leading company in Tel Aviv as we seek an exceptional Talent Acquisition Team leader to drive our recruitment efforts and team performance.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and sourcers..
• Cultivate team skills through training and mentorship.
• Ensure team meets recruitment targets through effective monitoring.
• Manage recruitment metrics, generate reports, and present insights to key stakeholders.
• Optimize recruitment workflows and implement process improvements.
• Identify and address recruitment bottlenecks and challenges.
• Allocate workload and set priorities within the team.
• Personally handling (hands-on) strategic and senior-level positions.
• Establish strategic partnerships with internal interfaces and key stakeholders.
• Serve as escalation point and resolve challenges and bottle necks throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a managerial role.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience including senior positions.
• Proven track record in recruitment metrics management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PPT.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
• Excellence in stakeholder communication.
• Proactive, service-oriented approach with a strategic mindset.
• Fluency in English
