As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be responsible for:

• Lead end-to-end hiring efforts across various departments, locally and globally.
• Conduct comprehensive HR interviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify hiring needs, strategize recruitment plans, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Source top-tier candidates creatively through multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to final decision in our recruitment process.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify meaningful patterns, informing successful decision-making in recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Contribute actively to the enhancement of our talent and hiring processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience recruiting end-to-end in start up hi-tech companies
• Experience in sourcing and building pipelines
• Proven experience in in-depth behavioral interviews
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Motivated and independent with a can-do attitude!
