We seek an Import Specialist who will be Responsible for receiving import portfolios and following up on the process until the goods arrive at Ben Gurion. Ensuring that supplier invoice and customs invoice match. Proper management of the importing process.

This is a temporary position for 8 months.

Responsibilities

• Importing and exporting shipments at various temperatures and packaging.
• Managing close relationships with our business partners.
• Maintaining procedures and business contracts.
• Reporting to suppliers, Issuing orders to suppliers according to LT.
• Monitoring inventory levels.
• Receiving invoices and regulation documents.
  
  

• Previous work experience in a shipping company or as a customs agent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel.
• English – ability to read, write, and speak.
• Ability to learn quickly, multitask & work hard.
• Good interpersonal skills.
