A leading company in the paint and coating industry is seeking an Import Coordinator to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating and coordinating with overseas suppliers and customers.
• Issuing purchase orders and coordinating shipments, including ongoing monitoring and follow-up.
• Working closely with customs brokers and freight forwarding companies.
• Providing regular updates and maintaining ongoing communication with the company’s customers.

Location: Kochav Yair

Position: Full-time, Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Excellent employment terms for suitable candidates.

At least one year of experience in sea freight import operations – required.

Experience working with customs brokers and freight forwarders – required.

Experience with Full Container Load (FCL) imports – a significant advantage.

High level of English – required.

Full proficiency in Microsoft Office and Priority ERP – required.

Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, assertiveness, and a broad operational perspective.

Service-oriented, with strong learning abilities and the ability to work independently and drive processes forward.
