Customer Success

We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to handle clients and partners within the public sector. The role will emphasize providing technical support, troubleshooting, and closing loops with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support public sector clients and partners, focusing on technical assistance, problem-solving, and collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Analyze partner and customer requests to identify opportunities for growth and revenue expansion.
• Serve as a knowledge expert, offering industry trends and best practice recommendations, including activity report analysis.
• Conduct training sessions for clients across the country.
• Stay up-to-date and work with new technological systems.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a customer success role – mandatory.
• At least 4 years of experience working in a B2B or C2B company – mandatory.
• High proficiency in English – mandatory.
• Previous experience in tech or SaaS companies – mandatory.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with the public sector – an advantage.
