Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative at Ethosia, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with decision-makers within the tech industry and introducing them to our comprehensive recruitment services.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients within the tech industry, focusing on companies that align with Ethosia's target market.
- Outreach: Develop and execute effective outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement, to generate interest in Ethosia's services.
- Qualification: Conduct initial conversations with potential clients to assess their needs and determine if they are a good fit for Ethosia's offerings.
- About Pipeline Management: Manage and track sales pipelines, ensuring that leads are followed up on in a timely manner.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, building trust and credibility.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in sales within the HR staffing or recruitment industry.
- Passion for people and a genuine desire to help others find fulfilling careers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
