Job Description:

We are a startup in the agriculture sector seeking an experienced Administrative Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee supplier management, inventory control, order processing, assembly coordination, and customer collections. Proficiency with Priority software is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely procurement.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to meet operational needs.
• Order Management: Handle order processing and ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Assembly Coordination: Oversee assembly processes to optimize efficiency.
• Customer Success : Make appointments for repairs .

Requirements:

• Mandatory: Experience with Priority ERP.
• Experience: Proven experience working with customers, suppliers.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a startup environment.
