Marketing Designer

Our vision is to foster a safer digital landscape for small and medium businesses across the globe. To this end, we introduced our comprehensive all-in-one Secure & Insure platform in early 2023, and continue to grow and expand our team, our partnerships and our revenue.

Guardz is seeking a data-driven Creative Marketing Designer with exceptional conceptual and visual design skills, as well as a strong understanding of digital marketing across multiple channels. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact within our rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate is passionate about performance, able to translate complex ideas into visually striking designs, and excited to shape the future of cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Execute all visual designs on our public site, video & motion graphics-based ads, social, banners, emails, presentations, and more.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Come up with creative ideas and follow the numbers and data, this is our north star.
• Support the company's growth goals by improving conversion rates with top-notch assets.
• Present designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Working collaboratively with Marketing, R&D, PR, Video, Design, and other stakeholders.

• 5+ years of marketing design experience and a deep understanding of all stages of the design process.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to consistency and an eye for detail & pixels.
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, After Effects or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
• Academic background in Graphic Design, Visual/Human interaction, or related field.
• Up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Proven experience in the high tech industry is a must.
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry - advantage.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
• Ability to adapt, switch gears, prioritize, and meet deadlines to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Absolute team player.
• High level of written and spoken English.
